Description:

  • The Account Manager for Project and Energy Sales is responsible for establishing and developing key ESCO (Energy Service Company) Accounts, Lighting Maintenance Contractor Accounts, National Account (End User), Project Sellers, large contractor, and key specifiers. Seek to establish relationships and reoccurring revenue streams via project opportunities. The Account Manager for Project and Energy Sales will report to Nate Dennis, The Director of Energy and Project Sales.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate products to consumers
  • Develop proposals for current or prospective customers
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities to potential customers
  • Monitor market conditions or trends
  • Prepare company sales documents, reports, and budgets
  • Study product information to acquire professional knowledge
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about our customer’s behavior
  • Keep accurate records pertaining to sales opportunities and account notes
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Resolve any complaints and improve processes to avoid future issues
  • Identify industry trends
  • Act as the client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer’s experience
  • Has obtained an LC (Lighting Consultant) designation.

  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in Lighting Distribution with a high understanding of behaviors and trends
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze a large amount of data
  • Excellent problem-solving and listening skills
  • Ability to build positive rapport and collaborate with others
  • Consistently gaining and perfecting extensive and accurate product knowledge

    Description:

    • The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and improving products and manufacturing processes as well as monitoring processes and outputs. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. The Quality Engineer will also work with others to implement quality measures and manufacturing improvements. The Quality Engineer will report directly to Richard Campbell, The VP of Quality and Engineering.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create work instruction for products assembled in the Middleton Facility
  • Develop and implement the quality standards and control systems
  • Test new products for performance and durability
  • Analyze warranty returns and work with suppliers to implement improvements
  • Liaison with UL, ETL and ensure product and processes meet requirements of listing agencies and government regulations
  • Assures product and processes quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product testing process
  • Manage product attributes within company ERP system
  • Manage the calibration and maintenance of test and production equipment
  • Develop corrective and preventative actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Manage the customer complaint process regarding the quality of products
  • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering Required
  • Experience in Quality Processes, Production and Testing of Electrical Products Required (Lighting Preferred)
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering Required
